SupportAssist fails - I cannot remove SupportAssistAgent from Apps

Hi, 

As described in the title I downloaded the latest Dell SupportAssist but the first run failed. 
I followed all the instructions from other threads and I removed all the temp files and any other Dell App apart from Dell SupportAssistAgent 2.0.3.10 which I'm not able to remove. The Error says that I'm trying to use a network resource that is unavailable (C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\SupportAssistAgent\LauncherAutoUpdate\) and it is looking for SupportAssisx64-2.0.3.10.msi . 

 The bottom of the msi.log file of SupportAssistLauncher.exe is
