Support Assist Not Switching On

I recently formatted my Dell XPS 13 and reset it to factory settings. I tried to switch on Support Assist after this reset but it is not working. It initially asks me to enable updates and when I do and click next, it lags on the loading page like in the photo below. Can you please help me out with solving this problem?
