Never Remind Me

What does Dell not understand about the phrase "Never Remind Me"?

I support hundreds of Dell computers, and the SupportAssist app constantly makes the same requests, and each time I click on "Never Remind Me", but next month, it will ask again.

You apparently don't know the definition of the word 'never'. Oxford defines it as "at no time in the past or future; on no occasion; not ever." Please STOP ASKING ME THE SAME EXACT QUESTION OVER AND OVER!
