Issues could be: Dell SupportAssist options are unavailable. Unable to install Support assist. SupportAssist has stopped working when launched. SupportAssist did not find any updates message. SupportAssist showing the canceled dialog box.
I have the same problem. A Dell Premium Support specialist worked on my XPS 8930 (Windows 11) for over an hour and finally gave up trying to get SupportAssist to work or even to reinstall. So far, the $255 spent on a 2-year extension of Dell Premium Support hasn't paid off.

Try reinstalling support assist as administrator running this file.
