Hi @Hofix2 :

Is this a new computer that is still under warranty with Dell?

What is your Dell computer model, Windows operating system, and your current BIOS version?  To find your BIOS version open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R), enter msinfo32 to open your System Information window, and look for the field named "BIOS Version / Date".  While your System Information window is open you should also check to make sure that the correct System Manufacturer and System Model is displayed. From my Inspiron 5584:

Open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R), enter regedit to open your Windows registry editor, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Store, and confirm that the value for StoreContentModifier has the correct make and model. If you have recently reinstalled or repaired your Windows OS this registry value can sometimes be deleted, which prevents you from installing proprietary Dell applications like Dell Command | Update for Windows Universal.  From my Inspiron 5584:

Has the motherboard or some other hardware component been replaced in this computer, and if you enter the command wmic bios get serialnumber in a command prompt as instructed in the support article How to Locate your System Service Tag Using Command Prompt does the Service Tag (BIOS serial number) it finds match the Service Tag on the Dell label on your computer case? From my Inspiron 5584:

------------
Dell Inspiron 15 5584 * 64-bit Win 10 Pro v22H2 build 19045.4291 * Firefox v124.0.2 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.24030.9-1.1.24030.4 * Malwarebytes Premium v4.6.12.323-1.0.2309 * Macrium Reflect Free v8.0.7783 * * Dell Update for Windows Universal v5.2.0 * My Dell v2.2.6.0
