Dell Support Assist software download needed! Glitch occurred

I found the Dell Support Assist download but I can't launch the app
Please help....Thank you
Hi everyone,
I deleted the Dell Support Assist software because it kept on saying that an operation was in progress but I had no "operation" installed or activated.
Can someone help me get the Support Assist software for the XPS 9730?

P.S. I did about 4 hours of updates yesterday prior to this glitch showing up.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
