Dell EMC 12TB HDD failure

Hello potential viewers, I have a Dell EMC 12TB Ultrastar drive that has a broken port, it was brought new and wasn’t opened until today, the SATA data port is damaged but will still spin up. The date on the drive is 31 March 2023, is there anything I can do about this drive?
