ESA Sizing Question about XtremIO
I will install ESA 3.5 and discover XtremIO. Before the installation, I want to know the ESA sizing information about XtremIO. The VMware offers the vROps sizing guideline as follows;
vRealize Operations Manager 6.1 and 6.2 Sizing Guidelines (2130551)
I downloaded the attached file in the KB named "2130551_vRealizeOperationsManagerSizingFor6.2_rev1.xlsx". This sizing guide contains the metric number info about VNX Array but not contains the metric number info about XtremIO. Does anyone send me the metric number information (=sizing information) about XtremIO for ESA sizing?

Do you have the users guide? It will give you the resources and the number of metrics collected for that resource. You would most likely have to unprotect the sheet and modify for XtremIO.

Thanks for your reply. What I need is the Metrics number for vROps(ESA) sizing. Please look at the file "2130551_vRealizeOperationsManagerSizingFor6.2_rev1.xlsx" > Sheet "Sizing Guide (Advanced)". This sheet describes the Metrics number for EMC VNX Arrays (16 metrics per disk, 24 metrics per LUN, etc.). But there's no information about XtremIO. Does anyone send me the infrormation?

Yes, that information can be gathered from the Installation and User Guide.
If you look at the XtremIO metrics section... I've counted them up.
