Broken screen, out of warranty, no one will help me

I had bought my computer from Dell about 2 years ago. Ever since I got it I have had issues with the screen. I have had to send it in multiple times when I had my warranty. Now out of warranty, recently, my computer screen has been completely broken. I cannot use it whatsoever. I have called at least 7 different people trying to solve this issue. Not a single person has been able to give me a solution even though I have argued that this is a persisting issue. At this point all I can do is get rid of the computer and get one from another brand. Dell has one of the worst customer services I have dealt with. No one can help me with the issue that they promised wouldn't happen. I thought Dell would be one of the better brands but I have been proven wrong.

Unless you have insurance on the system, a broken screen won't be covered regardless of the manufacturer.
