Greetings,

You are using EmailXtender which has been out of support for quite some time. You may want to reach out to your account team in EMC or an EMC partner to have SourceOne installed along with In Place Migration (to migrate data to SourceOne and retire EX). Migration is very straight forward once EX is prepared for migration.

In regards to error you are seeing, there can be different reasons for it. I would start by checking if there is an issue with SQL connectivity. Basically EX is able to pull data from Notes servers but not able to add to archive. These are ODBC DSN connectors on EX server (Expecially ExArchive), you want to make sure that it could connect without issue to EmailXtender DB. If that works then we need to look at other things e.g. MSMQ.

Although EX is out of support but if you engage in In-Place migration project, support could try to help.

Best regards,

Rajan

HI djdowney,

EmailXtender is out of support, you'll need to upgrade to EMC SourceOne. Contact us at info@panoptic.biz to help you further.
