XtremIO, ESRS, Policy Manager

Hello all,

I have XtremIO set up in ESRS but there are issues.

I have a good status in Service Link, Package deployment is successful.

However when I or anyone else tries to remote in via CLIviaSSH or XtremIOGUI we get "Customer Denied Access".

One thing I noticed in Service Link is that under the Data section where one would normally see the remote tools listed with a status set to 1 (online). None appear.

So that is my first question, how do I re mediate that?

Secondly, my policy manager is v5.3.0.0 is that compatible with XtremIO? I've already confirmed my gateways are at 2.26.x which is compatible.

No v5.3.0.0 is available.

Currently released only, PM 2.2.x and 6.6 only.

Please check your Policy Manager version exactly and reboot PM server

Reboot must have done it because, nothing else was modified and both support and myself can remote in. Thank you.
