ESRS update unable to download

Hi @ all

The ESRS VE version 3.24.00.04 shows an available version for update (3.38.05.18)

When we  click on download it shows an error message saying that the version is not available in the system (screenshots below)

when i try to download and install the patch manually i get http 500 error (seems like there is a problem with the repository)

i checked the repository table with #yast repositories

any help please ?
