Does it works that ESRS monitors a DLM or Avamar device without SSH(port 22)?

The policy of this cusotmer site which doesn't allow SSH (port 22).

When I run CECT, the SSH item shows "Required".

Does anyone ever meet this situation? And how do you solve this issue?

I have an idea that to modify SSH service port from 22 to others. But I don't know what will happen of devices?

I also consider the problem is not "which Port it is", the SSH service is the key important.

Do you have any recommend to me? Thanks.

This is a customer and partner - focused community, and it is not intended for internal personnel to ask technical questions. Please re-post the question on the internal EMC|ONE community at http://one.emc.com/clearspace/community/active/supportforums/esrs

Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility.  Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and questions can go unanswered for a long time.

You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right.  Then search for and select: "EMC Secure Remote Support Forum" which would be the most relevant for this question.
