Want to change Laptop after 5 months?
5 month ago I buy a laptop from Dell. Now I want to change the laptop beacuse I want another laptop. Is it possible?
<No. Dell does not have a swap program. Returns in the USA are only allowed inside the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date. DELL-Admin>

Dell Care agents may or may not response to your question as there is no such Dell exchange laptops program. However, there is a trade-in program. But, it's intended to provide incentive to help customers with recycling old computers and electronics, not a good place to receive good resale value for like new devices.
Your only option is to purchase the new laptop you want, and listing to sell your old laptop in your region/market to receive better resale value for your device.
