Aurora R16, new, won't turn on
I just got a new Alienware Aurora r16 pc today and after following the instructions to set it up, it won't turn on. I've tried multiple outlets that work to power other devices. When I do plug in the power cord a green light turns on in the back but when I push the power button it doesn't do anything.

If you know you got power and the PSU switch is turned on, and pressing the power button results in nothing, you will have to check your warranty options by pressing the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen.
