Update SCG from 5.22 to 5.24 failed

Hi i have the same Problem.  SCG not updateable

The Script is not downloadable for me in your link. FTP user and Pass is wrong.

You may need a remote session so I would recommend contacting your local phone support. Because the SCG couldn’t upgrade, it needed to deploy the SCG gateway instead. After setting it up, configured it and added the device. The appliance might need to remove old files and restart the containers.

I am pretty sure that this is a problem on dell site and you should escalate that a bit on your side. I've digged in the logs an this seams to be very clear. error 500 from dell...

It does appear to be an intermittent issue with the back end of the page, I have let them know about the issue, and appreciate you letting us know.

Chris forward your issue only if it gets solved you could see this if the software team released a new update to download.
