Enterprise servers not connected

Is there a problem with the Enterprise Servers, these two systems now look to have the same IP address when I test them, which is odd, what is more bizarre is that I can connect to port 443 and 8443 from my SCG system, but Ping is not responsive from wherever I test it from.

I've had three support requests pushing me from pillar to post, passing me off from one team to another, and they're currently blaming our site networking, where I can clearly demonstrate, all apart from the ping, that it's not us.

I'm also being urged by my network team to disable the proxy configuration as they have specific exceptions in for all of this, but for some clever reason, the setting won't apply unless SCG can contact those Enterprise servers!

hello! This could happen if you're unable to connect to the Enterprise servers from your environment.

Could you confirm if you're still seeing this when you configure a proxy server? I see from your snippet that the Proxy status is Proxy not enabled.
