Replication Manager Console fails after 5.4 SP4 upgrade

After upgrading to SP4 the Replication Manager Console will not load.  I have restarted the server several times and restarted the Services.  I had 2 errors during the upgrade, the first was a series of warnings saying java files were in use and I selected yes to update them with a reboot and the second was connecting to exchange which I think is due to running Exchange 2003.  I have a feeling the Java is failing.  Please help...

Hello Chris,

In some cases i have seen java not getting upgraded.

You can try removing the console alone by rerunning the 5.4.4 installation.uncheck it in modify option.

Then rename the GUI install folder if exist (default path -C:\Program Files (x86)\emc\rm\gui). to gui.old

Once done add the console back by using the same modify option.

Note: During removal only un-check the console option.Selecting Server will uninstall RM server .

Initially, before I got your response I installed the console onto another server which gave me control of the replication again.  After this I ran the installation again as above and this rectified the situation.  Thanks
