Adding an additional Mount Host to RM
We need to add another mount host to or RM configuration. Is it possible to add the host and have RM use it to mount the luns that are already configured and being mounted on another mount host.
The luns in question are replicated exchange luns used for backup\recovery and restore purposes. Our current mount host is having to clone 5 clustered exchange servers and we would like to spread this out among multiple mount hosts without having to recreate what is currently running.
Thanks,
Bing

Yes, you can add a new host to the RM.
You have to install the RM client on the new server and do the discover of the new host from the RM Server (Console).
After the discover, you can go to the job and change the mount host from the drop down (important the host needs to have the same OS version of the production host).
Important, the host must already be connected to the array.

Probably stating the obvious, but you will need to also make sure you have an available RM Agent license. As you are aware, for every production and mount host, a separate license is required for each. You can verify under: Server Properties -> Licenses tab in the Console. If it doesn't show an available license, you have two options, of course:
1) Purchase an additional license and import the generated .lic file
2) Free up a license from another host (but unlikely an option for you) per the Administrator's Guide:
