Hi Jacopo,

Not without a reinstall. This behavior might change in the future so stay tuned.

And I should of stated that this is true for classic RecoverPoint.

In RP4VMs, a vRPA can be removed through the Deployer without having to reinstall so w/o any impact.

And from boxmgmt on RP? Detach RPA from cluster? Is it dead in 5.1 and should not be touched? Or this functionality works in opposite to the create cluster?

Hi there,

I developed a solution which enables non-disruptive removal or classic RP RPAs from a live cluster. It's compatible with classic RP 5.1 and can operate only on clusters with more than 2 RPAs (physical or virtual RPAs). Dell EMC PS can perform that. Reach out to your account team for more info.
