Is It possible to buy a kit to change my existing 16 drive chassis to a Chassis with up to 32 E3.S NVMe Drives in a brand new R7625 server?

Hi,
Without a conversion kit it is not possible. In theory yes it can be but you need to check with sales or your region Dell partner. Whole SAS chain include backplane need to be replace. As a technician I'm not aware of a 32NVMe kit directly but I found this website maybe you can consult with this to sale team https://dell.to/3WJyt9J
