Support Manager
We had power glitch in our office and then Dell R430 showed LCD error:
PCI1318 Fatal error,
CPU0704 CPU 1 machine check error detected. Power cycle system
There was 2 CPUs in machine so I placed CPU2 on CPU1 socket and it worked for a couple of days and then got the same error again.
I ordered 2 Intel E5-2620v3 2.4GHz 85W CPUs and replaced them. But still get the same error. Please advise.

Update. Took CPU2 out from its socket and now server works fine.
Any idea?

Would you try swapping all the CPU1’s memories with all the CPU2’s?
If that doesn’t help, please be aware it is possible that you might be looking at MoBo replacement.
