R430 Server Memory

Unfortunately the R430 only supports up to 384GB of memory (12 DIMMs) and speeds up to 2400 MT/s, however I do see that the R430 does support the use of Load-Reduced Dimms for that platform. You can find this information here, on page 32-33.

Thanks, the question is: If I install 12X64GB LR-DIMM; will it read 768 GB, I have read that the processor supports up to 768 GB if the LR-DIMM memory is used, but I don't want to risk purchasing the 12 memory chips for no use, if you please can confirm this it will help me, thanks again.
