Evaluation

Why is it when I want to try out a product like this, it isn't in Evaluation mode till I register licenses??  However, I can find nothing on getting an eval license?

I've read the Admin and Deployment guide and it says nothing about how I will not be able to use ProSphere until I transfer my e-license.  Now it's going to take 3 days to migrate my Ionix license over to ProSphere and they might have to call me?   It took EMC almost a month to get me access to my PowerPath VE licenses.  Can anyone elaborate or help me find an Eval License?  I am getting  messages of partially discovered arrays that I can only assume is due to licensing.

Prosphere for now doesn't enforce licensing.

If you don't have valid license for your infrastructure it will work with no restrictions and no limitations in fuctionality.

The only thing you will see - warning in license compliance report.

Chad has a great post on this topic.
