Dell 4320 Projector Remote Controller

The power button on my remote no longer works. I am trying to buy a new remote but am not sure about the models available. The Dell site isn't very helpful as to which model will work. Anyone have an idea? I bought 2 different ones, a Dell TSEP-2410 and an IR2804 that don't work.

BTW Dell 4320 model projector again.
