DELL 2400MP PROJECTOR
I have a Dell 2400MP PROJECTOR - it is on a small shelf suspended from the ceiling - so is in upright position. The problem is that this is a very high ceiling and the projector screen is much lower on the wall so the image projects way too high - most of it well above the screen. I've tried to see if there is an option to move the image vertically down. In the manual it says that in PC MODE there is an option in the DISPLAY menu to move the image horizontally or vertically - but when I've gone into the DISPLAY menu on PC MODE all the other menu options are there - but for some reason this option is NOT shown, (weirdly the manual shows no such option in the DISPLAY menu for VIDEO MODE).
At the moment I'm just having to precariously balance the projector pointing down at a VERY steep angle...
Any ideas for a solution to this? Thanks!

Hello,
I am using a Dell M110 projector which has no ceiling-mount mode so my setup is pretty much the same as yours: the projector is sitting on a shelf suspended to the ceiling.
The image is pointing down using a risky angle but I recently secured it to the shelf that way (cheap and working solution):

I cannot help on the DISPLAY menu but at least the above is a helpful hint I can share.
