XPS13 plus My Dell Error 2762

I tried everything to solve the problem with MYdell app.
Is there a partition with factory content on the hard disk? Can the computer be restored to factory settings in this way?

Hi FiloVlad:

What is your full XPS model number (e.g., XPS 13 Plus 9320) and Windows operating system?  If you have a Win 10 or Win 11 OS please include the version and build shown at Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications.

Note that moosaa just reported in their 26-May-2023 thread Error 2762 When Installing MyDell that the latest My Dell v3.0.447.3 installer (released 28-Jul-2023, MyDell-Application-Full-Installer_J0G9C_WIN_3.0.447.3_A00.EXE, available at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=j0g9c) installed correctly on their system. However, that new installer will not run correctly unless your Dell XPS computer model is listed under the "Compatible Systems" section of that download page.
