WINDOWS DVD MAKER

"WINDOWS DVD MAKER HAS STOPPED WORKING. MICROSOFT WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND LET YOU KNOW WHEN A SOLUTION IS AVAILABLE."

That's the message I get every time I try to preview a DVD. It was working fine, all up until now. I've restarted the computer (being that the DVD drive is funny--it only allows 5 cds to be read, and then will refuse to recognize anymore until you restart the computer. I noticed this with other laptops as well, actually. But I'm getting off point here.)

The point is, I would like for my DVD creator to...create a DVD.

Any ideas? Solutions?

Since it has been working, use the System Restore and restore the PC back to a date when it did work.  System Restore will not delete any user data or e-mails, just a "backstep" with the PC.  System Restore can be accessed from Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools.
