"This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the My Dell software"

I've just bought my G15 5511 Dell laptop for 2 months. Due to Windows 11's instability, some problems occurred and I have to reset my lap and I'm using Windows 10 now. However, when I tried to install the My Dell app from Microsoft Store, it said: "This app isn't compatible with this device". I have Windows 10 version 19044.2130 x64bit which meets the minimum requirement (Windows 10 version 17134.0 x64bit).

Any help would be appreciated!
