Prohibit Dell Peripheral Manager from installing

We bought some Dell mouse and to my surprise, plugging in one of them results in installing Dell Peripheral Manager. Which isn't of any use for the type of mouse we have. Furthermore, I don't like it when all kinds of stuff gets installed without my consent. So I un-installed it. And it's back before I know it. How to prohibit this?
