lost dell update app on my desktop

The OptiPlex 3070 SFF support page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/product-support/product/optiplex-3070-sff/drivers is currently listing Dell Command | Update Windows Universal Application v5.1.0 (rel 31-Oct-2023).

Browse to that support page ***, click the This Device tab shown below and enter your unique Service Tag to filter the results for your system configuration.  If that software is still recommended download the Dell-Command-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_JCVW3_WIN_5.1.0_A00.EXE installer to your desktop, right-click, and choose "Run as Administrator".

There is an "old-style" Dell Command | Update v5.1.0 (Dell-Command-Update-Application_44TH5_WIN_5.1.0_A00.EXE) Win32 installer listed on your support page but as far as I know the "new-style" Windows Universal Application (UWP) app is the better choice for 64-bit Win 10 / Win 11 OSs.
