I gave my laptop for service somedays back they installed new OS after that I saw some software's were not installed one was of Nvidia and second was My Dell application. I checked on Microsoft store it is not showing me install option. What I should do for this? I have Windows 11 on my laptop.

Hi Akshay Nirwan:

When you launch your Microsoft Store app, sign in using your Microsoft Account (if you aren't automatically signed in), and search for "My Dell" does the blue button say "Get" (to install the app) or "Open" (which indicates it is already installed)? I see "Open" because the current My Dell v2.2.4.0 app is already installed on my Inspiron 5584.

IMPORTANT: The instructions in the Dell support article How to Download and Install the My Dell Application are a bit out-of-date but they do warn that Dell Power Manager should be uninstalled before installing the My Dell app. If Dell Power Manager is listed at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features I'd suggest that you uninstall it, since power management is now integrated into newer versions of the My Dell (Inspiron, G Series, XPS, and Vostro) and Dell Optimizer (Latitude, Precision, and OptiPlex) apps.

If you don't see the "Get" button on the Microsoft Store let us know if the My Dell app is already listed on your Win 11 laptop at Settings | Apps.  If it is installed you should be able to launch My Dell from the Windows 11 Start menu.

Also check to see if the current Fusion Service v2.2.14.0 that is required to run My Dell v2.2.4.0 is already listed at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features.  The My Dell installer should automatically install the correct Fusion Service, but if the My Dell v2.2.4 app doesn't launch correctly the latest standalone installer for Fusion Service v2.2.14.0 (Fusion-Service_HNG6K_WIN_2.2.14.0_A00.EXE, released 20-Feb-2023) is available on the support page <here> for your for your Inspiron 15 5510/5518.

Note that I have a Win 10 v22H2 OS so the images I posted above may not look exactly like what you would see on your Win 11 machine.
