Is Roxio 12.1 supported on the Precision Tower 3620?
We've been using Roxio 12.1 for years on our workplace Optiplex computers to burn discs. For the first time, we have a shipment of Precision desktops, but I'm getting an error when running the setup.exe: Unable to install Roxio Creator Starter. This software can only be installed on a 1,M,Dell* system.
I assume the Cyberlink suite is now the standard, but if there is a way to install Roxio, our employees are more familiar with it.

Thank you for sharing the information. We did checked the details, unfortunately we have not tested Roxio on Windows 10. Having said that, Windows 10 has an inbuilt burner software. You can refer to this link to know about the software. Let us know if you have any further queries.

I've tried installing from disc and copying the disk to the hard drive, both with the same error when clicking on the setup file. Windows 10 "1703" 15063.413.

Thank you for the update. Please let us know if the Disc used for the installation is the old Disc that was used for installing Roxio on the OptiPlex or a new version of the software.
