I am looking to create a simple tool in Excel where I can measure the percentage of time my employees spend on certain categories of work (strategic priorities, focal areas, operations, training, etc. - I am still working to identify these categories and actions). It would be used to track the percentage of hours each employee is spending on each of the categories in a 2week period.
