Digital Software Purchase (2023 H&R Block Tax SW) shows "pending validation" in my Dell Digital Locker.  My purchase was confirmed via email and I downloaded and installed the software.  Now I need the activation code, but I never got it due to the "pending validation" issue.  Who to contact to resolve the issue?
