Dell Webcam Center for Latitude E6420 Laptop

I have a Latitude E6420 Laptop running Windows 7.  The webcam works when I use an app such as Zoom, Skype or ViewPlayCap V.3.0 (which came with my USB endoscope camera). But I wanted a standalone program, so I downloaded and installed Dell Webcam Center. But when I try to use it, I get this message:

No supported webcam driver detected. Please install the webcam driver using the Dell Resource CD and launch Dell Webcam Center again.

I have no Dell Resource CD. Where do I find the required driver? Is Dell Webcam Center even intended for the E6420? I can already capture webcam images and video with ViewPlayCap. Do I even need Dell Webcam Center with its extra bells and whistles?
