Dell Peripheral Manager per-app setting

This isn't an issue report, this is an fifty/fifty issue report and suggestion.

Whit Peripheral manager we can set various functions for additional buttons on the mouse for example, but it is frustrating that we cannot set functions per-app.

For example, we can set the CTRL-C sequence keys on one of the buttons and it's usefull for all writing programs, but useless for all media player where is usefull set the volume adjustment.

Just for information, Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard Center can do this
