Dell Digital locker

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience so far with my purchase of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 from the Dell Website. It has been five days since my purchase and I have not yet gotten a code. The Dell Digitial Locker states "Pending validation Verification is in progress, please check back in 30 minutes or contact dell customer support".The customer support email took two days to respond and respond by saying they can not do anything to help. After responding to the email they provided me a phone number after another day of no response. Upon calling the phone number they stated they couldn't help and gave me another phone number. The new phone number put me on hold for 40 minutes then stated they could not help and transferred me to another number. The number I was transferred to said something that was inaudible and did not speak for the next 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, I hung up and tried calling the number again. I was unable to do so as the technical support requested a product code which my digital product does not have. I still have not received my product. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and will never purchase a single product from this terrible company ever again.

Product delivered on August 04th 6th days after the purchase date of July 30th for a digital product. No attempt to fix the validation error with code was made until I made this post and was contacted by Pamyaphi by a private message. Pamyaphi, thank you for your help.

Update was contacted by "Dell cares" via a private message at approximately 10:10 AM. After providing the information requested I was told "Let me write to the team to check on this. We will write to you as soon as we hear from them." at approximately 11:00 AM. I have yet to hear back from anyone at Dell (currently 5 PM). Based on the experience I have had with "customer service" so far, I wouldn't be surprised if a "team" was never contacted.

However, we reply on our internal team for help.

We are yet to hear from them.

This may take 24-48 hours.

I’m in the same situation. I ordered Xbox gift cards $70 worth. There we’re supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. That has now passed and I’m unable to get a resolution yet.

How long does this usually take? It’s been 2 days since I got the Xbox Cards. It would be pretty frustrating if this was for a birthday.

I have the exact same issue as well and require assistance as this is for a gift and is creating an issue. 

I just sent a DM with order, owner and email as well so you should have the info above.

I’m in the same situation. I ordered Xbox gift cards worth $100. They were supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. It's been two days now and still stuck at pending validation in Dell Digital Locker even though I've been invoiced and charged on my credit card. Can someone please help me????

Pamyaphi, I'm having the same issue.  I've spoken with 12 customer service reps, all of whom have referred me to somebody else.  Nobody wants to help resolve the issue, and I'm still missing the software I paid for. How do I send a direct message to you or your team?

I am having the same problem.  I have ordered (2) copies of Flight Simulator and I am not sure how to get the keys for the actual product.  What are the exact steps for getting these keys?

Same issue with Adobe Photoshop Elements. Got the dreaded Awaiting Validation. Sales Support decided the best answer was to sell me another copy, given that the first sale never really happened. The second order went through but the digital locker had no download information. Dell Cares wants to access my computer. No thanks; I can't  imagine how that would solve the problem. I think I'll just cancel the sale.
