Dell Digital Locker Software Download Pending Validation

I have been trying for 5 days to download my purchased Adobe Acrobat software from the Dell Digital Locker.  It has been stuck since 1/21/2022 "Pending Validation" and today is the 26th of January.  I contacted Dell Customer Care and they emailed me back to say "Unfortunately, we do not have the expertise to assist you with this concern. Please contact our Technical Support Department at your earliest convenience. They will be happy to assist you as per the terms of your warranty."

I clicked on the Technical Support link they gave me, but it wants to know what product I have and Adobe Acrobat and Digital Locker are not supported options.  I am at a dead end.  Dell has my money and I have no software.

The Dell Community Team reached out by private message to me after I posted the above message and after one misfire, this morning (1/31/2022) I successfully downloaded and installed my purchased copy of Adobe Acrobat.  A bit disquieting that it took posting to this forum to get answers, but, as they say, "any port in a storm."
