bluetooth to connect my inspiron 1545 laptop to my phonak hearing aids

To connect your phonak hearing aids to a PC, follow these steps:

1. On your computer / laptop / tablet, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled and search for Bluetooth enabled devices in the connectivity settings menu.
2. Open and close the battery doors of the hearing aids to enter pairing mode, or switch the hearing aid off and on again, if you have a rechargeable Phonak hearing aids.
3. You now have 3 minutes to pair your hearing aids with your computer.
4. Your computer shows a list of found Bluetooth enabled devices. Select the hearing aid from the list to pair the hearing aid.
5. If you are wearing your hearing aids you will hear a confirmation.
6. Once the hearing aids are connected to your computer, you will be able to make calls using FaceTime, Skype or WhatsApp.

I have downloaded Marvell 88E80XX 10/100 Ethernet Controller,  v 10.22.6.3. AO1 and it says it is enabled but but it doesn't give me to pair with my hearing aids. PLEASE HELP! <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
