I find it very un-friendy that a person needs to have an order and a product to get any kind of help! I wanted to start a chat or call but you restrict those activities to people who have all ready ordered. that is not right. I want to ask several questions about a product BEFORE buying it but your website sure is discouraging me from buying from Dell.
