Hi, I’m getting vertical bands of missing black when printing. Can this be fixed?

Well, thanks but no thanks for the lack of response. Especially when the fix was to RTFM
It was not until I consulted the manual I found out about the cleaning stick. Inserted it in the little hole by the black cartridge and pulled in in and out a few times, job done. Good solid black prints.
That’s saved me a fortune buying a new printer 😁
shame the dell document hub is no longer available on iOS as I’d like to be able to print from my iPad…..
