HP Laserjet 1018 and 1020, Whats the difference?

These 2 printers seem very similar to me. 

 

Does anyone know the differences between the two and or if one is better than the other? 

 

I have read that the 1020 isn't as compatible as the 1018 with Vista.  I am currently running XP on a Dimension 4500 but will be upgrading my computer within the next year. PC World gave both excellent reviews for budget Laser Printers.
