H625cdw, WiFi doesn't seem to work?

I just got this new printer last week and it doesn't seem like the wifi option works. There are no menus for wifi like the manual states and the wifi quick connect button doesn't do anything.

Click the link below to download the online users manual. Once you have the manual you can search the contents for setting up your wifi. I think it is on page 39.

For me to better assist in troubleshooting, please click my DELL-Jesse L and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your Dell Order number.

You would click my name in blue, then on the next page in the upper right corner, click the words "send private message"

I have the exact same problem and the manual is way to vague.  It covers the first 2-3 things to check and after that it's trial and error troubleshooting.  How can this be?  It's a new printer!

Dell has a printer wireless web-page that may help you.

"Configure Dell Wi-Fi Laser Printers"

I have the same problem.  There are no wifi menus on the printer and when I print the system settings there is no wifi section, only Network(Wired).  The WiFi button on the printer will not turn on.  No lights blinking or anything.  Could this be a firmware issue?

Same situation here. I have the H825CDW and have no WiFi light on printer, or on-board WiFi settings menu. Dell, please help!

For both H625cdw and H825cdw, the MFP only supports 1 lan connection type ( wired-lan OR wireless).  Simultaneous wired-lan and wireless connections are not supported.

If you are using the wired-lan connection,

==> internal reports will  ONLY list the "Network (Wired)" settings

==> Settings menu (gear icon) will have the WI-FI / WPS menu as NOT selectable

==> WI-FI light will stay off

If you are using the wireless connection,

==> internal reports will  ONLY list the "Network (Wireless)" settings

==> Settings menu (gear icon) will have the WI-FI / WPS menu as selectable

==> WI-FI light will light up.
