I have a one vertical line going down the left side of the paper. It happens no matter which way I print. Feeder, Scanner or computer. Tried cleaning the drum with the stick and cleaned the screen. Nothing works. I was told by a dell tech that I would have to buy a Kit and replace parts plus pay $179 for someone to put it in. He said a drum would not fix the problem since it is coming from the feeder and scanner too!

Fixed with a new drum. The Dell manual doesn’t mention troubleshooting tips for vertical lines. Now I know.

I have the same issue, did you get this solved yet, and if so how?
I changed the drums, and still having the same issue.
