H625cdw Paper Jam error code 050-130

I had a paper jam that I cleared from y H625cdw, but it continues to show a paper jam.  I followed instructions at the following link, which did not help:

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000133613/how-to-resolve-printer-paper-jams

I also used diagnostic mode to help track down the problem per this page:

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000137698/running-ce-mode-diagnostic-mode-on-the-h625cdw-h825cdw-s2825cd-dell-laser-printers

I was able to successfully feed paper in diagnostic mode with no issue, and using the diagnostic codes, I think I have traced the problem to the exit sensor.  However, I can't find the exit sensor (doesn't look like the posted photo) to try and clean it to clear the error.  Does anyone have a photo that can help me identify the exit sensor?

Thanks.

The exit sensor is just above the fuser on the right.  It turned out to be a small piece of broken plastic on top of the fuser that normally indicates paper is jammed in the fuser.  I super-glued it back on, but don't expect it to survive long. Now if there was just a way to order the plastic piece rather than a whole fuser.
