E525w, error 093-932 Replace Cyan Cartridge, #2

Hopefully this helps someone   I struggled replacing cyan toner for weeks.   I've used non Dell toners no issue for years.   Tried 3 different cyan cartridges and it would just sit on calibrating forever.   Tried non dell toner menu option same thing.   Was about to give up... tried the up down arrow... only got me into customer menu but still stuck on calibrating.  This is what worked- open the side door remove ALL colors except for black.   Cycle the printer.   It will say xx color missing... I kept the side door open and printer TURNED ON   Put in magenta   Then it said cyan missing.   I put that in... same process with the yellow.  Then the printer menu went to ready for printing..  OMG IT works now!!!!   I've even taken the cyan out and back in  Still working!!!   Hope this helps someone   I also set it back to Dell toner and now it display the toner levels   When in non dell toner it wouldnt.
