dell printer C1760nw 75-100 paper jam error but no paper or debree found

Hi

This color printer I barely use. It was giving me some errors about connecting to wifi and while I was working on fixing that, trying to print the device properties menu, I got it to print one time, after that the printer started with the message "Paper jam", 75-100. There was no paper jam at all, I blew some canned air spray, opened the back and the side to make sure I am not missing something. The printer looks like it getting ready, no roller moving sound, the paper tray doesn't sound like is engaging to release the paper... Can somebody help, I am out of printers. 

I had another dell e515dw multifunction i am not using as a printer anymore, only as a scanner because it stopped printing a couple of months ago. This one I was trying to print the menu to fix the wifi and it starts like it receives the job says, printing ... on the screen of the printer and then nothing happens. I had to turn off the printer . Tried to print from a computer over wifi, USB connected, nothing happens.

It may be because Windows updates, I am not sure, but I really love my dell gadgets and I would like to be able to use as I was since I bought them.
