Dell C1765nfw Printer - Loud Noise While Printing

When printing my Dell c1765nfw makes a deafening sound like a hammer drill that lasts for as long as the print operation. It is too loud to allow it to print.  It seems to come from a metal spinning component on the left-lower side of the printer.  The quality of the print is fine and there is no noise when the printer is idle. Does anyone know what the problem could be and suggest a solution. I have not used this printer much, so it already breaking is a not good.  The repair can't cost more than a new printer. Thanks.

Have exact same with my C1765nfw. Would add that noise started after a paper jam where paper had to be "pulled" out of the printer, so my conclusion would be that the removing of paper caused the problem but would still hope that this can be fixed without having to replace the printer........any ideas ??

I have the same problem, prints great but only with a loud hammering sound - did you find out what the problem was?
