Blue streak while scanning on Dell S3845cdn

I am getting a blue streak while scanning (with the glass top and the document feeder). It doesn't happen when I print or copy. Just scanning.

It is located on the right side of the paper, blueish in color, 1 inch wide, and about an inch from the right side of the page.

I have cleaned the glass top multiple times. I have also cleaned the white strip on the underside of the feeder. I have cleaned the roller inside of the document feeder.
